We specialize in sourcing hard-to-find, end-of-life, and excess electronic components, supporting some of the world’s leading manufacturers when traditional supply chains fall short. In a market where availability, speed, and trust matter, we help our clients solve complex supply chain challenges, often when others cannot.

Responsibilities

  • Client inquiry management
  • Effectively communicate order errors and requirements between the company and clients
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure we are giving clients accurate order status updates via email and phone
  • Document and update client records based on the operating CRM
  • Find innovative ways to enhance the client experience from start to finish of a deal
  • Represent the company's core values of being Transparent, Innovative, and Efficient

Requirements

  • Previous experience in client success or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Emails, Internet, CRM)

Schedule

  • Full-time, in-office role based in [insert location]
  • Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST (includes a paid lunch break and afternoon break)
  • Fridays: performance-based early release
