About the role
Microchip USA is an independent technology distributor headquartered in Tampa, Florida, with additional offices in Houston, Hong Kong, and Shenzhen, China, and a prior presence in Europe. We specialize in sourcing hard-to-find, end-of-life, and excess electronic components, supporting some of the world’s leading manufacturers when traditional supply chains fall short. In a market where availability, speed, and trust matter, we help our clients solve complex supply chain challenges, often when others cannot.
Responsibilities
- Client inquiry management
- Effectively communicate order errors and requirements between the company and clients
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure we are giving clients accurate order status updates via email and phone
- Document and update client records based on the operating CRM
- Find innovative ways to enhance the client experience from start to finish of a deal
- Represent the company's core values of being Transparent, Innovative, and Efficient
Requirements
- Previous experience in client success or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Emails, Internet, CRM)

- Compensation is fully transparent and tied directly to performance
Schedule
- Full-time, in-office role based in [insert location]
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST (includes a paid lunch break and afternoon break)
- Fridays: performance-based early release
