Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries effectively
- Communicate order errors and requirements between the company and clients
- Collaborate with the operations team to provide accurate order status updates via email and phone
- Document and update client records in the operating CRM
- Find innovative ways to enhance the client experience throughout the deal lifecycle
- Represent the company’s core values of being Efficient, Dedicated, and Excellent
Requirements
- Previous experience in client success or related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet, and CRM systems

Schedule
- Full-time, in-office role based in Tampa, Florida
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST (includes a paid lunch break and afternoon break)
- Fridays: performance-based early release
