The organization is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join its Public Sector Customer Success team. In this role, the individual will serve as the strategic relationship manager for a portfolio of state, local government, education, and public-sector customers. The individual will partner with customer stakeholders to drive adoption, engagement, and measurable outcomes while navigating the unique complexities of public-sector organizations, including multiple stakeholders, procurement processes, and budget cycles. Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of public-sector customers and serve as their primary strategic partner.
- Lead business reviews focused on engagement, outcomes, customer value, and long-term success.
- Build strong relationships with benefits leaders, HR teams, consultants, and executive stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Identify customer risks, expansion opportunities, and strategic initiatives that strengthen partnerships.
- Share customer feedback internally to improve products, processes, and overall customer experience.
90 Day Plan
Within the first 90 days, the expectation is to:
- Develop a strong understanding of the organization's products, services, and customer success strategy.
- Build relationships with key internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Learn the unique dynamics of managing public-sector customers.
- Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
- Begin independently managing the assigned portfolio.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Healthcare, Benefits, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving customer outcomes.
- Experience partnering with executive-level customer stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a proactive use of AI tools to improve individual output and efficiency.

Pay
The compensation range for this role is $99,500-128,500/year.
