About the role

Cotality is a leading provider of property intelligence, dedicated to driving the global property ecosystem forward. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their goals through our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for clients/customers.
  • Use in-depth knowledge of client industry and/or business processes, along with deep product knowledge and technical expertise to drive and increase adoption and utilization of company products/services.
  • Demonstrate product features beyond central functionality to help the customer achieve specific business results and maximize value from the product(s)/services.
  • May recommend specific solutions to achieve customer’s desired result.
  • Hold direct responsibility for identifying opportunities and closing additional revenue from assigned clients, including upselling and cross-selling of related products/services; accountable for client renewal and retention results.
  • Ensure best practices are adopted for product use.
  • Handle escalations and coordinate across functional areas of the company, including Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Engineering, Finance, Training, and/or Support.
  • May or may not be on a sales incentive plan that is based on individual and/or team sales results (e.g., revenue, bookings, unit sales).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of account management, customer service operations or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge or experience in the insurance industry is a preferred qualification.

Pay and Schedule

The annual pay range for this role is $51,201 - $64,002 USD. This is an individual contributor role.
