About the role
The successful candidate will own and grow the company's US customer base, reporting into a UK-based Director of Operations and Customer Success.
Responsibilities
- Speak directly to customers, drive adoption, grow accounts, and build Customer Success processes
- Help level up the Customer Success function
- Support and eventually lead two junior team members
- Bring a modern, AI-enabled approach to Customer Success
Requirements
- A strong B2B SaaS or software background
- Experience in construction tech
- Full US work authorization
