Client Success Manager
About the Role
Tiny Spoon Chef is a culinary service that transforms food into exceptional experiences. As a Client Success Manager, you’ll ensure every client receives extraordinary support, working closely with our culinary team to identify needs, provide solutions, and foster long-term relationships. You’ll also collaborate with chefs to maintain a respectful and joyful workplace while managing client communications, retention, and reengagement.

- Strengthen relationships and drive retention through proactive communication, personalized support, and regular engagement to keep clients satisfied and committed long-term.
- Serve as the trusted bridge between clients, chefs, and Tiny Spoon Chef, setting clear expectations, facilitating communication, managing logistics, and resolving concerns promptly.
- Identify at-risk and lapsed clients, understand reasons for disengagement, and lead efforts to rebuild relationships and restore service.
- Turn exceptional client experiences into growth by proactively generating referrals, reviews, testimonials, and word-of-mouth advocacy.
Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—warm, clear, and professional in every interaction.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client relationships without losing detail.
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates issues rather than reacting to them.
- Comfortable with data, including tracking KPIs, interpreting NPS, and reporting performance.
- Natural relationship-builder motivated by client happiness.
- Confident asking for referrals and recognizing the right moment to do so.
- Calm, diplomatic, and fair when mediating between clients and chefs.
- Self-directed and accountable, treating retention, satisfaction, and growth as personal responsibilities.
- Comfortable with CRM and communication tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
