Client Success Manager
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we need to map content to these headings only if there is real specific content. The instructions: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should use those exact headings? It says e.g., meaning examples. Probably we should use those headings where appropriate. We need to include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections apply.
We have:
- About the role: could include description of role, maybe "The Role" and "Role Specifics". So we can put that under About the role
with paragraphs.
- Responsibilities: could be "What You Will Own" list.
- Requirements: could be "Required Qualifications".
- Qualifications: maybe "Preferred Qualifications" could be under Qualifications? But we have both Required and Preferred. Could combine? The instruction: Use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could have Requirements for required qualifications, Qualifications for preferred qualifications, Skills maybe for communication etc. But we need to avoid filler.
We have "Reasons to join our Team:" which includes benefits: full benefits including health care, paid time off, life insurance, 401k plan with company match. Also supportive team environment, learning and development. That's benefits.
We have "Our Promise:" and "Z-Factor:" maybe not needed.
We have "Compensation Structure: In addition to the base salary listed below, this role is eligible for bonus opportunities based on performance." plus salary range. So we can have Pay section with salary range and bonus mention.
Schedule: we have Work Location: Remote (US), Travel: 5% (estimation). That's schedule? Could be Schedule section.
We need to avoid boilerplate: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we should remove "Notice to external Recruiters...", "US - Salary Range..."? Actually salary range is needed for Pay. We'll keep that. Remove "StarRez is an equal opportunity employer." Remove "Even if you don't have all of the Preferred Qualifications..." maybe keep as encouragement but it's not boilerplate? It's a statement encouraging applicants; could be kept but maybe not needed. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it." So we can keep some encouraging text as paragraph. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep all details like bullet points. Let's extract substantive content: About StarRez: description. About College Pads: description. The Role: description. Role Specifics: Work Location: Remote (US); Travel: 5% (estimation); Compensation Structure: base salary + bonus; Reporting Structure: reports to Team Lead, Customer Success. What You Will Own: list of bullet points. Required Qualifications: list. Preferred Qualifications: list. Reasons to join our Team: list of benefits. Our Promise: statement. Z-Factor: statement. Even if you don't have all...: statement. We are proud of our diverse workforce...: statement. Notice to external Recruiters: remove. US - Salary Range: keep for Pay. StarRez is an equal opportunity employer: remove (EEO boilerplate). Now we need to map to sections. We'll create:
About the role
with paragraphs combining About StarRez, About College Pads, The Role, Role Specifics (location, travel, compensation structure, reporting). Might be long but okay.Responsibilities
with- for What You Will Own.
Requirements
with- for Required Qualifications.
Qualifications
with- for Preferred Qualifications.
Benefits
with- for Reasons to join our Team (benefits). Also maybe include Our Promise, Z-Factor, etc as
under Benefits? But they are not benefits per se. Could be separate sections but we should avoid thin sections. Maybe combine them into Benefits as
paragraphs.
Pay
withcontaining salary range and bonus eligibility.
Schedule
withcontaining Work Location and Travel. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have real content. Now produce HTML fragment only. Let's craft. We need to ensure we don't include any markdown fences. Let's write:

We need to ensure we didn't repeat any boilerplate. We removed EEO line, recruiter notice. Good. Check for any duplicated lines: we have Work Location and Travel repeated in Schedule and also in Role Specifics. That's okay because we kept them in Schedule section; we might have removed from Role Specifics? We kept them in Role Specifics paragraph as well. That duplicates content. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplication is okay if it's in original; but we might want to avoid duplication by moving the details to Schedule and removing from Role Specifics. However we must preserve all info; if we remove from Role Specifics we still have it in Schedule, so it's preserved. So we can edit Role Specifics to not include Work Location and Travel, just keep Compensation Structure and Reporting Structure. Let's adjust. Update Role Specifics paragraph: "Compensation Structure: In addition to the base salary listed below, this role is eligible for bonus opportunities based on performance. Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Team Lead, Customer Success." Now Schedule includes location and travel. Now ensure we didn't lose any other info: we kept Compensation Structure mention in Role Specifics and also in Pay section (salary range + bonus). That's okay; compensation structure appears twice but it's fine. Now produce final HTML. Check for any stray boilerplate: "Even if you don't have all of the Preferred Qualifications listed above, but feel you
- for Reasons to join our Team (benefits). Also maybe include Our Promise, Z-Factor, etc as
- for Preferred Qualifications.
- for Required Qualifications.
