About the role
This role transforms program data into boardroom-ready ROI stories that influence Fortune 100 companies' financial wellness strategies. It requires strategic thinking, business acumen, and executive presence.
Responsibilities
- Own an approximate portfolio of 20 high-value client relationships with full accountability for retention, member utilization growth, and revenue expansion.
- Design quarterly business reviews that clients actually look forward to.
- Identify the 3-4 engagement levers that move the needle for each account.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver outcomes, not excuses.
- Work at the executive level with clients including benefits directors, HR VPs, CFOs, and other Account Executives at major corporations.
- Shape how we operate by bringing proven frameworks and adapting them to our business model.
Requirements
- Managed complex B2B client relationships for 5-7+ years (benefits, HR tech, financial services, or SaaS preferred).
- Presented to senior leadership and executive audiences and can translate technical/program details into business impact.
- Owned retention and expansion targets with proven track record of 90%+ retention.
- Built client success frameworks such as client health scoring, renewal processes, QBR formats, and adapted them to new contexts.
- Strategically used CRM platforms like HubSpot to drive decisions, not just track activity.
- Operated with autonomy in environments where you defined the "how" based on clear "what" objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial wellness programs and related industries.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for driving positive change in financial wellness and its impact on employee and organizational outcomes.

Pay
$70,000 - $90,000 base salary with a performance bonus tied to measurable outcomes, potentially up to $125,000.
