Client Success Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Client Success Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead customer relationships to ensure optimal service delivery
• Manage coordination and tracking of customer project statuses
• Facilitate collaboration among internal teams on project resources
• Maintain clear communication channels across stakeholders through regular updates
• Oversee project management processes and tools for customer operations
• Monitor project status throughout the entire lifecycle
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during customer projects

Qualifications

• 3+ years project management experience
• Familiarity with healthcare data systems and technical communication skills
• BS degree in business, technology or related field
• Knowledge of healthcare industry payment models and risk adjustment
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL queries is a plus

Compensation

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
