Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and growth
- Create and refine processes to improve client deliverables and team efficiency, leveraging data insights and best practices
- Master and utilize advanced spreadsheet tools to manage data, track client KPIs, and create detailed reports
- Proactively identify client needs, anticipate challenges, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance their success
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, analytics, and development) to ensure deliverables meet high standards for quality and impact
- Lead onboarding sessions for new clients, educating them about our AI-driven tools, processes, and expectations
- Act as a client advocate within the company, ensuring their feedback informs future innovations and improvements
Requirements
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities, with a knack for resolving issues and aligning stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to draw actionable insights
- Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and design streamlined, scalable solutions
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets), including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring deliverables are accurate, polished, and impactful
