About the role
This entry-level job will be full-time and in person at Katapult’s office in Dillsburg, PA.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Katapult Pro clients using segment-specific strategy
- Build client trust by developing thorough understanding of their workflows, how they use the platform, and what they're ultimately working to achieve
- Own the opportunity pipeline from identification through handoff to Katapult Pro services
- Accountable for client health across the full lifecycle, responding to at-risk signals and expansion triggers
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, translating platform usage trends into demonstrated ROI and strategic recommendations
- Serve as the voice of the client internally, providing feedback to product and development teams on unmet needs
- Drive adoption of new platform features and workflows across the client base
- Guide clients through onboarding and initial project setup, with a clear path towards continuous improvement in how they use the platform over time
