About the role

This entry-level job will be full-time and in person at Katapult’s office in Dillsburg, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Katapult Pro clients using segment-specific strategy
  • Build client trust by developing thorough understanding of their workflows, how they use the platform, and what they're ultimately working to achieve
  • Own the opportunity pipeline from identification through handoff to Katapult Pro services
  • Accountable for client health across the full lifecycle, responding to at-risk signals and expansion triggers
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, translating platform usage trends into demonstrated ROI and strategic recommendations
  • Serve as the voice of the client internally, providing feedback to product and development teams on unmet needs
  • Drive adoption of new platform features and workflows across the client base
  • Guide clients through onboarding and initial project setup, with a clear path towards continuous improvement in how they use the platform over time
