About the role
The Client Success Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the rapid growth of a leading proptech company that transforms shared living by making long-term rentals safe, easy, and affordable. This position offers a unique opportunity to own onboarding and success for landlords, driving lease-ups and operational excellence with high-stakes relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding process for new landlords, ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing lease-ups.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing best practices for managing shared housing communities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with engineering and vendor teams to simplify complex workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Conduct regular check-ins with landlords to address concerns and provide guidance on best practices.
- Identify areas for product/process improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of total experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in tech or proptech.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Experience with CRM tools and project management software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Passion for proptech and a commitment to improving the shared living experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
