About the role
As a Client Success Manager, you will manage multiple concurrent project assignments of varying size and scope, medium to large single projects to include logistical support during project initiation, project planning, project execution, project control and project closure. The position will be located at Shakopee, Minnesota working 5 days onsite.
Responsibilities
- Identify priority projects within each account and work with Customer Service to define capabilities.
- Maintain, manage, and follow up on quality/issues log from inception to resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field and/or 3+ years of related experience
- Proven experience with computer applications including PC-based business applications and project management software such as SAP, Data Repository, Lotus Notes, MS Office, Visio or other flowcharting software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills with all associate and Management levels
- APICS Certification and Project Management certificate of study desired
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit. The candidate should also be detail oriented and have a history and desire to drive efficiencies and process improvements.
Qualifications

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $69,000-$95,000.
Schedule
The position will be located at Shakopee, Minnesota working 5 days onsite.
