Client Success Manager

Job Description

The Client Success Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with high-level clients within the financial services sector. This position involves supporting approximately five to six key clients, with the potential for up to twelve overall. The individual will engage in proactive and reactive client support, ensuring compliance and satisfaction. Additionally, participation in two to three conferences per year and occasional travel for training or meetings is required. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to effectively address client needs and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive ongoing support to clients while addressing issues as they arise
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance for Broker Dealers and RIAs
• Conduct client training on platforms, data, and technology
• Build and present reports to clients, answering inquiries on findings
• Collaborate with Client Success Specialists to enhance client interactions
• Understand product offerings and the operational framework of Broker-Dealers and RIAs
• Maintain high standards of data integrity and compliance in client communications

Requirements

• 5-6+ years of experience in financial services, ideally with exposure to an advisor’s home office
• A record-keeping or advisory background is essential
• Experience with defined contribution plans
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Familiarity with HubSpot is preferred
