About the role
The Client Success Manager is responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive support and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and address customer needs and issues proactively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to client success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare technology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare industry preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare technology products and services.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
