About the role

The Client Success Manager is responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive support and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and address customer needs and issues proactively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to client success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare technology.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience with healthcare industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare technology products and services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
