Client Success Manager, Accounting & Consulting
About the role
The Client Success Manager, Accounting and Consulting is an individual contributor on Intapp’s Client Success team for the Accounting and Consulting industry. You will help accounting and consulting firms get full value from their Intapp investment, so they renew with confidence, expand their use of the platform, and become long-term partners. You will act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and as the voice of the customer to our product and account teams. You will support engaged clients across a suite of Intapp products, with deep expertise in Intapp DealCloud and a growing command of the broader portfolio. Day to day, you will monitor adoption and health data, run structured success plays, advise clients on configuration and best practices, and lead the response when an account shows risk. This is a client success role with a consultative, commercially aware edge, built for people who like working with data, integrations, and firm leaders.
