Client Success Associate (Spanish Speaking)
Gartner is recognized worldwide as a great place to work, including being named one of Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies, a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality, and a Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion. Our teams are diverse, collaborative, and supportive, bringing together individuals from different backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives. You’ll have autonomy, flexibility, and opportunities to build deep connections with colleagues, clients, and communities.
About the role
The Client Success team follows a Client for Life philosophy, ensuring every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment. In this role, you’ll understand client business priorities, address challenges, and identify ways to support decision-making. You’ll articulate Gartner’s value to prospects, onboard clients, demonstrate services, and drive engagement.
Within the New Client Engagement (NCE) team—a fast-paced, dynamic unit—you’ll focus on either Client Onboarding (customized experiences for new/upgraded clients) or Insights Platform Walkthroughs (pre-sale demonstrations of Gartner’s platform for prospects). The NCE team leverages Gartner’s assets and platform to deliver a seamless experience, transitioning clients from prospect demos to onboarding and ongoing support.
You’ll apply strategic thinking and relationship-building to help executives solve critical business challenges, align Gartner’s research, and contribute to the company’s growth.
