About the role

The Client Success team follows a Client for Life Philosophy, ensuring every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment. Associates seek to understand and surface clients’ business priorities, break down challenges, and identify the most effective ways to support clients in making the right decisions for their business.

New Client Engagement (NCE), part of the Client Success Organization, is a fast-paced, dynamic business unit focused on providing the highest level of service to prospects and clients. NCE consists of two functions: Client Onboarding and Insights Platform Walkthrough for prospects. The Client Onboarding role provides a customized experience for new and upgraded clients, while the Insights Platform Walkthrough team delivers pre-sale demonstrations of Gartner resources, including the gartner.com platform, to prospects as part of the sales process.

The NCE team uses Gartner assets and the gartner.com platform to deliver a valuable client experience, starting with a prospect demonstration by an NCE Insights Platform Walkthrough specialist, moving to an extensive client onboarding experience by an NCE Client Onboarding Specialist, and transitioning seamlessly to a service delivery associate for ongoing support.

You’ll apply strategic thinking and relationship building to help executives solve their most pressing business challenges. You will understand their critical initiatives, align Gartner research and expertise, and contribute to Gartner’s growth.
