We are seeking a dedicated and organised Client Success Assistant to join our team in United, Louisiana, United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing regular project updates with professionalism and care.
• Assist Client Success Managers with administrative and organisational tasks to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Maintain and update client records, project documentation, and communication logs with a high degree of accuracy.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients, architects, designers, and the construction team.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials as required.
• Support the client onboarding process, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and communicated effectively.
• Help to resolve any client issues promptly, escalating them to the appropriate team member when necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or administrative support role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to client success.
• Experience in the construction, architecture, or design industry is desirable but not essential.

Pay

$25 - $35 USD per hour, based on experience.
