Client Specific Direct Support Professional (LP)

About the role

Provide direct support to two independent adult men in their home, offering assistance and support when needed and helping bridge gaps in caregiver coverage.

Responsibilities

• Be available Monday‑Friday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM to assist the individuals.
• Provide help with daily activities as needed while respecting their independence.
• Serve as a reliable backup when primary caregivers have overlapping work schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Prior experience in human services, caregiving, or direct support (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
• At least $100,000/$300,000 liability auto insurance.
• Clean driving record.

Pay

$18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Part‑time, 10 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
