What You’ll Do

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships both internally and externally.
• Support all service enhancers to build strong relationships, including active use of Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas such as client‑elling/outreach, appointment setting, and Talbots Classic Awards.
• Plan and prioritize tasks and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer and the business.
• Seek to understand customer needs and wants with curiosity and confidence through intentional conversation.
• Share current products and fashion trends with customers to appropriately wardrobe, inspire, and build trust.
• Actively participate in community and store activities and events that promote the Talbots brand.
• Professionally represent the brand image.

• Technological aptitude to navigate POS, computer, iPad, and handheld systems.
• Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods.
• Capable of bending, reaching, stretching for product, and lifting, carrying, and moving at least 40 lb.

Pay

Pay Range: $13.27 – $16.60 hourly (USD)

Schedule

• Open availability of 20–29 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
