Client Specialist

About The Role
We’re hiring a Client Specialist to join our growing team and help create positive, lasting experiences for our clients. This role is a great fit for someone who is outgoing, organized, people-focused, and enjoys building relationships. As a Client Specialist, you’ll work directly with clients, learn their needs, provide ongoing support, and help ensure they have a great experience from start to finish. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to keep communication clear and client needs on track. Whether you already have customer-facing experience or you’re looking to start a career in client relations, account management, or business, we provide the training and support to help you grow.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Serve as a point of contact for questions, updates, and ongoing needs
- Communicate with clients through regular check-ins and follow-up
- Learn each client’s needs and help provide the right solutions
- Assist with new client onboarding and account support
- Track client interactions, updates, and account activity
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are handled efficiently
- Help resolve questions or concerns while creating a positive experience
- Share relevant service and company updates with clients
- Maintain professional, responsive communication
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable working directly with clients
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive with strong follow-through
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Motivated to learn and grow professionally
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or another people-facing role is a plus, but not required
