What You'll Do

  • Hunting:
    • Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with mid-market and enterprise organizations, spanning multiple sectors with emphasis on Consumer sectors (Retail, Logistics, and Distribution).
    • Generate and develop business connections that lead to partnership opportunities.
    • Deliver BairesDev's differentiated value offering customized for prospective clients' executive leadership.
    • Create enduring partnerships with prospective clients.
  • Project Management:
    • Define project parameters, structure engagements, and formulate business solutions that address client requirements and deliver target business results.
    • Organize, execute, and oversee lead development, sales initiatives, and opportunity pipelines to achieve annual financial objectives and strategic goals.
    • Cook up and manage resources and align teams (encompassing solution architecture, UX, engineering, engagement leadership, talent acquisition, and delivery groups) across sophisticated sales processes.
    • Recognize and support in controlling and reducing critical risks via strategic planning and execution.

Requirements

  • A sales professional with deep enthusiasm for technology solution sales including:
  • Minimum 5 years of applicable experience in professional IT or software services sales.
  • Solid track record in technology consulting and services sales focused on acquiring new accounts.
  • Demonstrated achievement in identifying, developing, and securing mid-market and Enterprise clients.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the sector, encompassing major participants, strategic approaches, organizational structures, operational models, market segments, requirements, obstacles, and emerging directions.
  • Pioneering strategic, innovative, and data-driven sales methodology emphasizing relationship initiation and development.
  • Essential to possess thorough knowledge of software platforms and data solutions prevalent in the sector.
  • Capability to present persuasive proposals customized for prospective client needs.
  • Internally driven with outcome-focused mindset.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
  • Native English speaker or complete English fluency.
  • Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
