Summary

The Client Solutions Manager – Show Organizer Event Logistics is responsible for providing clients with a comprehensive planning and service experience. You will lead the planning and execution of events, manage client requirements, and support the Sales team under the Growth department. This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or at show locations 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate should be based in Las Vegas, NV.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Able to lead and manage events up to $1 million per event.
• Works with Show Organizer clients to produce events after the sale.
• Manages client requirements, expectations, and scope changes per event.
• Liaises between client and Freeman departments including Creative, Strategy, Sponsorships, Graphic Production, Operations, etc.
• Travels to show locations to manage events from move-in to move-out.
• Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing to clients.
• Maintains knowledge of all products and services and assists in upselling to existing clients.
• Quotes prices and manages budgets.
• Partners with Business Development and Client Relationship teams to renew client business.
• Translates client requirements by disseminating information to appropriate departments.
• Maintains and grows partnerships with facilities/venues.
• Entertains clients as necessary.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
• 3+ years of professional experience within tradeshow coordination or event management roles.
• Knowledge of sales systems such as TSS and Salesforce.com is preferred.

Skills

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and use multiple internal and external systems.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft software applications.
