Client Side Project Manager - Enterprise & Global
The Opportunity
Lead complex global and/or enterprise HCM implementation and integration projects across multiple regions
Manage project scope, plans, timelines, and resources while ensuring compliance with global data regulations
Facilitate cross-functional meetings with global stakeholders and executives to track progress, escalate risks, and maintain alignment to strategic objectives
Conduct project control activities including documentation, project planning, weekly status reporting, and financial tracking
Develop scalable global operating models and cost-reduction strategies
Guide teams through inspections, expediting logistics, and process improvement initiatives
Oversee contractual deliverables and maintain quality across international deliverables
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with global HCM and advisory partners
Support training and knowledge-sharing efforts related to international project management and services
Coordinate with culturally diverse teams to ensure seamless delivery across time zones and jurisdictions
Provide leadership across all integration activities, from system configuration to process optimization
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on HCM or payroll systems
- Expertise in global and/or enterprise project implementation, logistics, expediting, and inspections
- Proven ability to lead executive-level discussions and manage complex client relationships with confidence and credibility
- Advanced relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence, align, and build trust across executive stakeholders, clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Skilled in de-escalation and conflict resolution, with the ability to navigate high-pressure situations, manage competing priorities, and drive successful outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to create structure, clarity, and alignment across diverse, global stakeholder groups in complex, fast-paced environments
- Experience with private equity or M&A-related integration projects is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal oversight
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic decision-making
- Global mindset with the ability to lead cross-cultural teams and navigate international business environments
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and driving solutions
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is a plus
