Duties And Responsibilities
- Install all client software.
- Deploy and image new computer systems.
- Deploy and support mobile devices including iPads, Android devices, and phones.
- Perform maintenance and imaging of all client computer systems.
- Troubleshoot and do minor repairs on networked printers.
- Troubleshoot 1st level network connectivity issues.
- Create hard drive images for each location and each lab.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues on workstations and laptops.
- Perform 1st and 2nd level software support in the K8 domain and 2nd level support in the HS domain.
- Work with vendors for software support and hardware repair parts.
- Communicate with clients to teach them use of basic functions on their software and hardware.
- Create scripts to resolve software issues.
- Maintain inventory of workstations, laptops, and printers.
Qualifications
- High School diploma.
- Post-secondary courses in business or vocational school equivalent or up to one year of college, with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems.
- Valid Colorado Driver's License required.
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to pass a Colorado and Federal Bureau of Investigation background check.
Required Experience
- No experience, and up to and including two years experience in Computer software support - 2 years, computer hardware support - 1 year, network support - 1 year.
- Must have basic network troubleshooting skills, intermediate computer hardware repair and software troubleshooting skills including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products.
- A+ certification in both hardware and software and N+ certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Valid Colorado Driver's License required.
