Overview

The Client Service Specialist is a client-focused role responsible for supporting and optimizing accounts. Key responsibilities include managing client lists, addressing inquiries, educating clients, handling phone calls, and facilitating cross-departmental communication.

Who You Are

  • Associates degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent time management, ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Ability to learn quickly through instruction and self-training
  • Attention to detail and results-oriented

What You Will Do

  • Manage and optimize client accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client inquiries
  • Educate clients on system usage
  • Assist with payroll support and general inquiries
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Take incoming customer phone calls
  • Accurately document all customer interactions
  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
  • Assist in distribution and other areas as needed
