- Reconcile client service issues, ensuring traceability of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Coordinate and track official travel role documentation with clear status updates.
- Review case management with deadline oversight to maintain workflow integrity.
- Document processes and generate reports for transparency and compliance.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management to prevent downstream rework.
- Apply judgment in follow-ups, especially when awaiting external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Escalate issues with clear reasoning and process compliance documentation.
- Ensure role-specific handoffs are complete, documented, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Pay
Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 per year.
Schedule
