Client Services Specialist

EmVision Capital Advisors is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our rapidly growing wealth management practice in Dublin, Ohio. The Client Service Specialist will establish and maintain strong working relationships with advisors and clients, demonstrating an enthusiastic commitment to serving others.

The role requires in-office presence and offers opportunities to develop skills for advancement to an advisor position or project manager role.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to facilitate paperwork initiation, follow-up, and completion.
• Answer phones and efficiently service or route callers.
• Make phone calls to check in with clients for status updates at the direction of partners.
• Assist with the coordination of client appreciation events and Advisor Roundtable Meetings.
• Collaborate with internal service partners to meet client needs.
• Attend meetings as directed.
