Serves as the primary point of contact
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors
Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, mail and messages
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area and meeting spaces
Coordinate meeting room scheduling and meeting preparation
Manage advisor calendars and assist with scheduling client meetings and reviews
Maintains administrative support
- Manage routine client service requests including account updates, money movements, beneficiary changes, and account access requests
- Open brokerage and custodial accounts while ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Auxiliary support for client offboarding activities, including account closures, asset transfers, and final documentation
- Support client events, welcome gifts, and "Raving Fan" opportunities
Collaborates internally
- Supports internal projects and cross-departmental initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and uphold strict confidentiality standards

Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Administrative or client service experience required
- Financial services experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
