About the role

Auxillium is seeking a Client Services Representative for our Client in the Medical Research industry. Located in Pueblo, CO, United States and La Junta, Colorado, United States, this position is 90 days probationary with a full-time, on-site schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain hospital and outpatient accounts by updating equipment and personnel information.
  • Research hospital and outpatient accounts using web browsers and medical specific resources.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Accurately identify systems required to complete job tasks.
  • Open those systems in a timely manner.
  • Ability to log in and complete work in those systems.
  • Follow all processes for contacting medical, hospital, and outpatient facilities.
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy while performing job tasks.
  • Pay great attention to detail.
  • Should be no errors in data entry to Client Database and data entry to Auxillium disposition tools/forms.

Requirements

  • Education requirement: enrolled in high school, graduated high school or equivalent. Medical billing or medical office experience preferred, not required.
  • Ability to create and follow written procedure.
  • Ability to meet outbound hourly task timing of facility dials within a production day.
  • Ability to provide professional written communication and excellent customer service.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills, problem solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Working knowledge of computer equipment and technology and the implementation of such within an office/business environment.
  • Maintain high degree of accuracy and great attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively, professionally, clearly, and courteously with medical facilities.
  • Ability to work in fluid and ever-changing situation.
  • Willingness to adapt to Auxillium’s highly positive culture as a supportive TeamMember.

Qualifications

  • High School or Equivalent preferred.
