About the role
RIDGEVIEW, a not-for-profit community mental health center based in Oak Ridge, TN, has an opening for a full-time Client Services Representative.
Responsibilities
- Process calls for clients seeking services.
- Act as service expert and liaison for clients to obtain services at Ridgeview and/or other agencies.
Requirements
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service, with experience in mental health or medical/dental environment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy and problem-solving abilities.
- Discretion, good judgment, empathy, and compassion in communicating with clients.
- Available to work regularly scheduled hours, including some evenings or weekends as business needs require.

Schedule
The position is scheduled Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with one Wednesday every 3 weeks running later.
