Responsibilities

• Greeting clients with a bright smile and ensuring every visit is a positive experience
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing client inquiries
• Assisting veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks
• Keeping client records updated and maintaining a tidy reception area
• Being the heart and soul of our front desk

Requirements

• Previous customer service or veterinary experience (bonus for pet language skills)
• Multitasking ability and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and reliability
• Computer proficiency and dependability
