About the role
A Veterinary Receptionist is needed in a fast-paced 7 doctor veterinary hospital.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and directing them to appropriate exam rooms
- Processing payments and managing appointment scheduling
- Assisting veterinarians during consultations
- Handling correspondence and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in a veterinary setting is preferred but not required
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology
