- Checking out patients and taking payments over the phone.
- Providing basic pet information to clients.
- Taking down prescription information.
- Keeping accurate medical records.
- Confirming appointments.
- Calling clients for updates.
- Communicating pet questions to veterinarians.
- Creating new client and patient medical charts.
- Monitoring email and faxes.
- Taking online medical orders.
Requirements
- High energy individual who is great at multi-tasking and staying organized.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience is preferred but not required.
- We are willing to train the right individual.
