About the role
Join a fast-paced, compassionate veterinary team at St. John’s Veterinary Hospital. This is a full-time position for a Veterinary Receptionist.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Provide outstanding client service in person and over the phone
- Process payments and manage daily transactions
- Keep records organized
- Absorb and assist with patient flow and occasional hands-on care
- Support communication between clients and medical staff
- Maintain a clean, professional environment
Requirements
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable with computers (Avimark a plus)
- Veterinary experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

Schedule
8–10 hour day shifts Monday–Friday + rotating Saturdays (4–5 hours)
