Client Services Representative

Part-Time · Up to 30 hours/week · On-site

What you’ll do

  • Welcome guests and make sure they feel taken care of from the moment they arrive.
  • Set up rooms, A/V, food, and materials for upcoming research sessions.
  • Reset spaces quickly between studies, so the next group is ready to go.
  • Cover the front desk, answer phones, and direct visitors with a professional touch.
  • Pitch in on recruiting, project support, or additional team needs as they come up.

What we’re looking for

  • You’re friendly, professional, and genuinely good with people.
  • You’re comfortable with shifting priorities and a fast pace.
  • You have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance (mileage reimbursed for errands).
  • You can work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, up to 30 hours per week.
  • You can stand for long stretches, move around the facility, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • You’re curious about new tools and technology, including AI.

Why this role

The CSR role is an entry point into working at L&E Research that also gives you a first step into the market research industry. As a member of the Client Services team, you’ll have a clear path to becoming a Senior CSR, and potential opportunities to work in other departments like Operations, Recruiting, and Data Analysis, etc. based on your interests and strengths.

Pay Range

13 - 17 USD per hour (Columbus)
