Client Services Rep-Full-time Days/Evenings

Job Description

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, position located at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield. Must be able to work Monday 7am - 11am; Tuesday - Off; Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 11:30am - 8pm; Saturday 7:30 - 4pm; Sunday 8am - 12pm.

Responsibilities

• Courier dispatch
• Reference lab order entry
• Results entry
• Billing applications
• Referred test services
• Specimen receipt
• Specimen quality assurance
• Specimen processing and distribution
• Phone customer service and reception
• Full investigation of client issues
• Reconciliation of interface issues between HealthLab and outside reference labs
• Monitoring of outstanding labs and obtaining results

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability in handling complex issues and strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated composure in stressful situations
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and utilize proficient computer skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
