Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Representative. This role will involve cross-training across various department roles within operations, billing, laboratory, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Relationship building: Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication.
- Issue resolution: Identifying and resolving client concerns efficiently, escalating issues to relevant departments when necessary.
- Results processing: Managing client results, ensuring accurate details and timely delivery.
- Data management: Maintaining accurate client information in ERM systems and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Collaboration: Working with internal teams like Sales, Billing, Integrations, and Laboratory to ensure smooth client experience.
