Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of data center white space projects (planning through handover)
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors
- Cover project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Oversee technical delivery including racks, power, and structured cabling
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, operational processes, and compliance requirements
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure all Health & Safety standards and documentation are met
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Provide regular project updates, reporting, and documentation
- Support technical discussions with clients, sales, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in project management within a data center or similar environment
- Experience delivering white space projects (racks, power, cabling, infrastructure)
- Strong understanding of operational standards, processes, and procedures
- Experience in client-facing or stakeholder-heavy roles
- Basic knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
- CNET certification is a plus, but not required
