With 250+ employees across 8 global offices, IDR operates 24/7 and is trusted by leading brands worldwide. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Client Services Manager to join our U.S. team.
What You'll Do
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Coinciding multiple client projects from initiation through completion.
- Scheduling and managing consultations between clients and industry experts.
- Pricing with internal Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Providing proactive project updates and managing client expectations.
- Performing quality reviews before deliverables are shared with clients.
- Supporting account growth through exceptional client service.
- Maintaining accurate project and CRM records.
- Developing knowledge of the industries we support, including healthcare, life sciences, consulting, financial services, and other B2B sectors.
- Adhering to all information security, confidentiality, and expert network compliance standards.
What We Need
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in client services, customer success, account management, project coordination, or another client-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to handling confidential information.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.
Preferred
- Previous B2B client-facing experience.
- Experience in the healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, consulting, financial services, market research, or professional services industries.
- Experience working remotely with cross-functional or global teams.
- Familiarity with CRM or project management platforms.
