Client Services Manager - Employee Health & Benefits

Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a service team to deliver exceptional client service.
- Help team members find creative and efficient solutions.
- Coach producers and account executives on developing and maintaining productive working relationships with service team members.
- Drive consistent execution of our client service platform.
- Play a key role in setting team goals, supporting projects to improve operations, and fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within mid-market Employee Benefits at an insurance brokerage.
- Proven experience in people management, with a strong ability to onboard new colleagues, deliver consistent feedback and support professional growth.
- Strong ability to lead and develop a team to deliver outstanding client service.
- Experience working with client service platforms and driving process improvements.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills to build productive relationships internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Life & Health license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hire.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in business, management, or related field.
- GBA, CEBS, VBS or other professional insurance designation related to Benefits.

Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $92,400 to $172,100. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
