Key Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent communication with new clients through caregiver introductions, first-day service calls, and a visit within the first 30 days.
- Conduct bi-monthly client visits to assess care quality and client/family satisfaction.
- Manage hospital, rehab, and facility visits as needed.
Client Management
- Develop and update personalized care plans using LifeProfile (training provided).
- Partner with schedulers to ensure the right caregiver fit.
- Perform site checks to ensure caregivers follow care plans, policies, and Senior Helpers standards.
Business Development
- Handle service inquiries, follow up on leads, and support revenue growth.
- Represent Senior Helpers at networking events and serve as a professional ambassador for the company.
- Seek opportunities to expand client hours, including through special programs and gift certificate offerings.
Team & Operational Support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns.
- Provide leadership in problem-solving, issue resolution, and service improvements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Prior home care, healthcare, or senior services experience required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related work experience strongly preferred.
- Client Management: At least 1 year of experience managing clients directly.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills; excellent verbal communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; creative problem-solving and proactive leadership.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet use; quick learner of new software.
- Mobility: Ability to travel within the territory for client visits.
