Here’s what we are looking for:
We are looking for a person who has 4+ years’ experience & knowledge in the PR, Experiential and Event Marketing realm. This person will be part of a team responsible for the management + execution of client Experiential programs, as well as coordination of the connected social + content tactics in partnership with the JetFuel social + digital team members. Experiential program examples include mobile tours, sampling campaigns, one-off events, retail marketing programs, and trade shows. Social + Content examples include content shoots, content-generating activities at events, and capturing content for use on social channels. Tactical applications include helping develop an overarching activation plan, developing & managing a program timeline, recruiting, training & managing event staff, researching events tracking performance, etc.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead all facets of production elements and client deliverables, ensuring the end product meets and/or exceeds JFS & client standards
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of a client’s business and expectations
- Conducts 1:1s with direct reports to constantly improve workflow
- Constant communication within the team to help provide clear line of sight to team programs schedule
- Ability to own and lead programs from start to finish
- Manage Up in terms of program expectations with all parties including procurement, creative and senior leadership
- Manage and execute projects according to JetFuel standards within established budgets and timeframes
- Aid with reporting requirements: ROI, performance reporting, etc.
- Company Credit Card & Expenses: Employees may be issued a company credit card for business-related expenses, and must ensure proper use, retain receipts, and submit weekly expense reports for approval
Qualifications
- 5 - 6 years of relative experience within field/experiential marketing, live event production, or similar
- Superior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members and the client
- Strong computer application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to work in a digital work environment
- Must have robust Microsoft Office knowledge; specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Must also be familiar with Google Software, specifically Docs and Sheets
- Highly organized, with strong client & internal communication skills
- Ability to design Experiential program measurement reports (program objectives and delivery, metrics vs expected KPI’s, insights, learnings, recommendations)
- Understanding of how to research event options, negotiate sponsorship rights package
- Solid understanding of social media tools and digital platforms; as well as data / metrics analysis
- The role may require work outside of typical business hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, to meet deadlines or support critical projects
- The position might involve on-call responsibilities or rotating shifts to ensure project coverage outside of normal business hours
- The job may require travel to meet with clients, attend meetings, or support projects
