Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to increase referrals and private duty home care admissions.
- Build and maintain relationships with: Hospital and physician case managers, Social workers and discharge planners, Assisted living and independent living communities, Skilled nursing facilities, Hospice providers, Rehabilitation centers, Senior centers and community organizations.
- Conduct regular in-person visits with referral partners throughout the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, community events, health fairs, and professional organizations.
- Represent Interim HealthCare at community events, educational programs, and networking functions.
- Cook up presentations and educational in-services for referral sources.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, referrals, and contacts within the company's CRM.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer service and successful client transitions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly growth goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing, business development, or outside sales experience (home care experience preferred).
- Established relationships within the healthcare community are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
