Client Services Manager

About the role

Harness Roofing Inc. is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Client Service Manager to help grow our presence in the Oklahoma City market. This is a sales and business development position for someone who enjoys building relationships, finding opportunities, meeting customers face-to-face, and developing long-term partnerships.

For 50 years, Harness Roofing Inc. has built its reputation on quality work, strong relationships, and taking care of customers. We’re looking for someone who wants to help us continue building that reputation — and our business — in Oklahoma City.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Growth – Develop new business opportunities for commercial roofing, waterproofing, repair, and maintenance services throughout the Oklahoma City market.
• Build Relationships – Develop lasting relationships with facility managers, property managers, building owners, general contractors, and other key decision‑makers.
• Prospect & Network – Identify potential customers through prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Be in the Market – Spend significant time in the field meeting customers, visiting facilities, developing opportunities, and representing HRI throughout the Oklahoma City market.
• Manage Opportunities – Work with customers and HRI’s estimating, service, and operations teams to move opportunities from the initial conversation through proposal and project completion.

Pay

Competitive base salary + quarterly incentives.

Schedule

Monday–Friday schedule with occasional travel and weekends.
