About the role
Client Services Manager – Habilitation BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Pittsburgh, PA Habilitation office. Our team supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) throughout Pittsburgh and the surrounding communities. This position has been created due to the continued growth of our office and expanding services in the Pittsburgh community. It’s an exciting opportunity to join a growing team while building your leadership skills and advancing your career in healthcare management.
Grow With a Growing Team As a Client Services Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience in client services, team leadership, operations, business development, and caseload management. You’ll work closely with Clinical Managers and field employees while taking on increasing responsibility as the office continues to grow. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support high-quality services for I/DD clients
- Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs
- Manage and proactively grow your client caseload
- Build lasting relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with field employees and office leadership
- Monitor key metrics and maintain effective fiscal management of your cas
