Client Services Manager

Airtraffic is a video production company that primarily supports video game studios. We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to manage day-to-day client communications: routing deliverables, collecting feedback, running kickoff calls, and acting as a primary point of contact across multiple accounts. This is a fully remote, contract opportunity. This is NOT a sales role. You can view examples of the projects we create at www.airtraffic.co The Work:Serve as a primary point of contact for various clients around the worldDeliver assets and updates to clients in a timely manner in accordance with client specificationsCollect, clarify, clean up, and route feedback to internal teamsFlag client concerns, risks, or questions to the correct internal stakeholdersKeep communication organized and easy to track across all delivery platformsMaintain internal documentation for client processes and preferences You:Have experience in client/customer-facing rolesLove talking to and collaborating with other peopleHave experience using project management tools like Notion, Asana, Wrike, or similarHave a working understanding of video editing and graphic design processesCan communicate clearly and professionally, both written and spokenAre able to relay feedback between two parties without losing nuance or important detailsCan manage multiple projects and communication threads at once without issueLove playing video gamesHave a fast and reliable internet connection
