Client Services Director (Remote Eligible)

About the role

Lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. Work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire services sales cycle from qualification to signed Statement of Work
• Elevate discussions to enhance platform adoption and long-term value for clients
• Apply value-based selling frameworks to align customer priorities with the company solutions
• Develop strong relationships with executive stakeholders to expedite deal closures
• Identify and create new business opportunities while advancing existing stalled deals
• Maintain accurate pipeline management using Salesforce and Clari for better forecasting
• Mentor peers and contribute insights to refine go-to-market strategies

Qualifications

• 7+ years in services or solutions sales for enterprise clients with a track record of closing deals over $250k
• Experience leading complex, multi-solution deals involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of value-based selling methodologies like MEDDIC and Challenger
• Proven ability in territory management and account planning for large enterprises
• Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time
• BA/BS degree required, advanced degree preferred
• Familiarity with the company is advantageous

Pay

$112,500 – $172,500 annually
