Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client service programs or a large national program
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Oversee invoicing, audits, and accounts receivable follow-up processes
- Analyze loss data and communicate findings to clients effectively
- Cook up and coordinate projects, resolve service issues, and support cross-selling opportunities
- Lead and develop team members, focusing on performance management and coaching
- Support quality initiatives and handle additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of claims management experience or a suitable combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred; pursuing CPCU, AIC, ARM, or similar certification is required
- California Workers Compensation claims experience is mandatory
